He noted that there is 1 bump east of Cairo <br /> and 9 dips but they do not grind the dips. He noted the roughness index and has <br /> calculated for the east bump. The bump or dip penalties total was $5,000.00. They did <br /> do the fog seal also. <br /> Bredthauer ask if there was a pilograph done and it was from December 2020. He noted that Shady bend road it is breaking up and they are <br /> almost most read for the bridge on Skypark road they have torn out planks and diverted <br /> the water and the road has been closed. <br /> Bredthauer said they have 3 permits for fiber cable that will be ran.
