There are some differences in the state and county policies the state pays 25% of the accursed sick leave and the county pays 50% but the state employees can accrue up to 1440 hours and the county employees can accrue up to 720 hours. Lancaster stated the Drug Court board needs to come with more information regarding the employees and if this needs to be in executive session regarding the negotiations they can do so.
