Lancaster stated that the Park is very well organized and said the shed is in bad shape. <br /> They need to get rid of the surplus equipment and then get rid of the shed. <br /> 7 E) SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AT THE PARK THAT HAS NO VALUE AND NEED TO <br /> DISPOSE (LIST IN PACKET) —the list of the equipment was included in the packet. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Quandt seconded to dispose of the surplus equipment <br /> that has no value. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Gary Quandt was excused from the meeting at 10:21 a.m. <br /> D) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO MOW FOR THE HISTORICAL <br /> SOCIETY AT SEEDLING MILE MARKER —The Historical Society ask him to look at an <br /> area they would like to have mowed. Loren said he and Dustin looked at the area it <br /> would take more time to load and unload the mower than it would take to mow it. This <br /> is across the road from the Corrections Department and they have an old mower he <br /> would like to work with them to see if they can mow the area. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Peterson seconded to approve mowing the Historical <br /> Society Seedling mile marker. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Quandt was excused from the meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Loren said they have finished the construction on the mental health hearing room and <br /> now they just need tables he will see if there is any surplus. <br /> Loren said that he had worked with Deloit on the Cares Act and another grant he said <br /> they are outstanding people and were very helpful with the FEMA grant and helped with <br /> the Sheriff's and Corrections information. They are a great company to work with. <br /> Lancaster said they are looking for a company and appreciated the fact that he has <br /> used them. It is critical that we have someone to help and to answer the questions. <br /> Pam whoever NACO determines who the firm they will be they will be working with <br /> multiple counties so the expertise will be high. We will need see what NACO comes up <br /> with. The county will need a contact person that will do the reporting documents. It is a <br /> large amount of money to be responsible for and be accountable to the federal <br /> government. She ask if he would consider being the contact person and Loren said he <br /> would think about if the board wants him to. <br /> Lancaster encouraged the board to look at the annex it looks great. <br /> 8. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING UPDATED HALL COUNTY PAY <br /> SCALE — Lancaster stated the pay scale will be discussed once the union contracts are <br /> agreed on.
