3 <br /> 26. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE PURCHASE TO REPLACE <br /> VIDEO STORAGE SERVER IT Director Doug Drudik was present he is requesting <br /> to replace a video storage system. This server is used for the building DVR and the <br /> security footage. It is separate from the other servers that have been replaced. This <br /> quote is off of the state bid and it is on the state contact. He has dollars in the reserve <br /> fund for this. The quote is from ABTech in the amount of$18,297.22. <br /> Peterson made a motion and Sorensen second to approve the purchase of the server <br /> from Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Sorensen all voted yes and <br /> no one voted no. Richardson was not present. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - Bredthauer said she attended the <br /> College Park meeting and there are new faces on the board. College Park is now <br /> associated with UNK for the justice program and other college degrees. <br /> Lancaster stated she has exchange E mails with Jon Cannon at NACO regarding the <br /> ARPA funds he stated that the NACO board has also ask him to find information on this. <br /> She also stated that she and Sarah Carstensen met with the City regarding the airport <br /> sewer system. The city is interested in getting this started. The City Council and the <br /> Airport Authority have not approved an interlocal agreement yet. The City is serious <br /> and ready to go but she noted that the County has only had one opportunity to look at <br /> this and the board needs to look at the interlocal agreement. Lancaster noted that there <br /> is a timeline for using the ARPA funds and one it at the end of August there has to be a <br /> report filed but there are no reports created at this time. It also talks about a plan that is <br /> to be in place. <br /> Quandt noted the water issues Tri and Lake Streets some of the buildings are higher <br /> they cannot flood the people downstream. This is a City issue. <br /> Lancaster noted that the ARPA fund are scheduled to be discussed at the next budget <br /> meeting. <br /> 11.9:30 A.M. PUBLIC WORKS — a) PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE 1 & 6 ROAD <br /> PROGRAM Quandt made a motion and Sorensen seconded to open the public hearing <br /> for the 1 & 6 Road Program. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Richardson was not present. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mr. Riehle showed the power point for the 1 & 6 Road Program. <br /> He stated that some of the projects have changed but others have stayed the same. It <br /> is a plan and it contingent on the budget process it covers the 2021 2020 fiscal year and <br /> matches the 1 year. <br />
