November 8th they will close the road and remove <br /> old bridge and prep channel and by December 17th construction should be complete <br /> and road opened. <br /> Lancaster appreciates the time line and would like updates. <br /> Bredthauer noted if the critical bridge is not done then the county will have to pay for the <br /> bridge inspections.
