13 <br /> Richardson expressed concern that time may be an issue it would be advertised for 2 <br /> weeks and then the bid opening would not be until June 8th. She stated she hopes this <br /> this can be done on May 11th <br /> Peterson stated we do not need to make any mistakes. The amount that has been <br /> spent out weights if it is 2 or 4 weeks later. The county board had to take this over. <br /> Sarah stated she is not trying to fix the RFP but she needs to talk to Kristi. Richardson <br /> noted this is a long RFP and it takes a lot of time and it is not fair to put this on one <br /> person. They need to set down together and work on it. <br /> Lancaster noted look at the union contracts it take time it need to be done right this is <br /> all a timing issue need to have time to go over it. <br /> Quandt stated it has to be right this time, they have to make sure. <br /> Deputy County Assessor Mandy Pfeil stated that they accepted the contract and it has <br /> not worked they need to go over this and make sure it is right. <br /> Sarah stated this will be addressed on 2 weeks so she can go over this with County <br /> Assessor Kristi Wold. <br /> 4. COUNTY ATTORNEY— <br /> A) DISCUSS & TAKE ACTION ON FRANSSEN CONTRACT CLAIM <br /> B) DISCUSS & POSSIBLE ACTION ON FRANSSEN LAW SUIT <br /> Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen requested these 2 items be held in <br /> executive session. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session <br /> regarding the Franssen contract claim and Lawsuit and for item #18 regarding <br /> personnel. Lancaster stated there are 2 reasons for an executive session to protect the <br /> public interest or to prevent needless harem or injury to an individual. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> A) DISCUSS & TAKE ACTION ON FRANSSEN CONTRACT CLAIM <br /> B) DISCUSS & POSSIBLE ACTION ON FRANSSEN LAW SUIT <br /> Executive session was held on these 2 items from 12:35 p.m. t0 1:09 p.m. <br /> 18 .EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL <br /> Executive session was held from 1:09 p.m. to 1:23 p.m. <br /> Quandt made a motion Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. Lancaster <br /> stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was <br /> taken. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all <br /> voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 13 <br />
