RESOLUTION #r ! / — e 2 <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br /> VACATION OF A PORTION OF 70TH ROAD NORTH OF SCHULTZ ROAD <br /> (INCLUDING THE CURVE ON ALDA ROAD - LINK L40C) <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors directed the Hall County Highway <br /> Superintendent to study the use being made of the public road named as 70th Road north of Schultz Road <br /> (Including the curve on Alda Road -Link L40C) in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as: <br /> A portion of 70th Road from north of Schultz Road northerly to the south Right-Of-Way line of the <br /> re-located Alda Link L40C and the former curve of Alda Road north of Schultz Road that is no <br /> longer used for Alda Road or the Alda Link L40C; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to such direction, the Hall County Highway Superintendent made a study of <br /> the uses of such road and submitted a report to the Hall County Board of Supervisors, finding and <br /> recommending that 70th Road north of Schultz Road (Including the curve on Alda Road - Link L40C be <br /> vacated; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners acting in accordance with Neb. Rev.
