Mr. Riehle stated that his employee received an E mail from Colorado <br /> Department of Health regarding the COVID exposure. <br /> Peterson clarified that Mr. Kenny was told to stay home. <br /> Hurst stated rather than beat this to death he stated he should be restored the time that <br /> was impacted by COVID. <br /> Mr. Rudolf noted that Monday March 16 he received the E mail and was tested on <br /> Tuesday March 17 and it came back that he had the common cold and could have <br /> come back to work on Wednesday March 18th. Mr. Kenny came in and was in Mr. <br /> Riehle office and they tried to contact the health department but he was told to go <br /> home.
