Motion carried <br /> 11:15 a.m. Executive session <br /> 11:32 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer second to go out of executive <br /> session. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Lancaster stated there were no other subjects were discussed no <br /> votes were taken and no action was taken. Motion carried. <br /> Hurst made a motion and Quandt seconded to return the leave time to Shawn Kenny for <br /> Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Monday he did have a fever but it was <br /> a cold and he was able to return to work on Tuesday. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> In the future there is a grievance process and should be in the time frame. <br /> COMMITTEE AND MEMBERS REPORTS — Bredthauer stated she attend the Regional <br /> Planning Commission meeting and there was the presentation from Smart Soil and <br /> there was no need for any action. <br /> Peterson stated he attended the Central Distract Health Department meeting and the <br /> cases are at 100 a week and 39% of the tests are positive. There have been 71 deaths <br /> and the hospital situation is getting serious. The rural hospitals do not have enough <br /> rooms so they are sending them to larger hospitals. He reported that there are 100 <br /> temporary nurses coming and 7 will be in Hall County. He stated the building inspector <br /> committee also met. He also stated that the salary for the building inspector was on the <br /> web site as negotiable. <br /> Lancaster encourage everyone to consider United Way. <br /> County Clerk Conley stated that the notice for the commissioner application is posted <br /> on the web site and in the newspaper. <br /> 8 <br />
