Karen <br /> stated she hates to see Janet go she did a good job on the safety committee. <br /> Hartman noted that Jackie has some health issues and could use the help. <br /> Hartman made a motion and Hurst seconded to approve hiring a temp for 3 months. <br /> Peterson stated he has experience hiring the temporary and it works well you get good <br /> applications that are a good fit and do not have to pay benefits right away and now we have <br /> several agencies. <br /> Quandt expressed concern that there is a grievance filled and they need some direction and <br /> need to fix some issues. He would like to address the executive session for the grievance and <br /> put this off for 2 weeks. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to amend the motion to put this off for 2 <br /> weeks after the executive session regarding the grievance. The vote on the amendment was <br /> taken. Bredthauer and Quandt voted yes and Hartman, Lancaster, Hurst, Peterson and <br /> Richardson voted no. Motion failed. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve hiring the temp was taken. Hartman Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and Bredthauer and Quandt voted no.
