BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br /> RESOLUTION#20- <br /> _4612_ <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LOCATED <br /> IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER(SW 1/4) OF SECTION EIGHT (8), <br /> TOWNSHIP ELEVEN(11)NORTH,RANGE TEN (10), <br /> WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Mid-Nebraska Disposal, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," is the owner of <br /> property in Hall County,Nebraska described as follows: <br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of Section Eight <br /> (8), Township Eleven(11)North,Range Ten(10),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br /> Nebraska,more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of <br /> said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running westerly on the south line of said <br /> Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4), on an Assumed Bearing of OS 89° 33' 18" W, a distance <br /> of Eight Hundred Thirty One and.
