Approve Budget Letter-Brad went over the budget letter to distribute to <br /> department heads. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to <br /> give department heads the budget letter. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding Increase by Outside Entities <br /> A. Last Year's Letter—Audit Committee recommended the same as <br /> previous years. Hurst wanted the wording to be changed to substantially <br /> less this year, he felt they should have heads up that funds may be a lot let <br /> less this year. Hurst made a motion to change wording on letter Hartman <br /> seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> B. Meeting Schedule- <br /> 9. Budget Calendar Quandt wanted August 14 date to be changed to August 13 <br /> from a Friday to a Thursday. Quandt made the motion Bredthauer seconded the <br /> motion to change the date from August 14 to August 13. Bredthauer, Hartman, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson all voted yes, Hurst voted no.
