Lancaster also questioned senators about who has authority <br /> for opening up etc. <br /> Senator Halloran stated that the Governor is man in control over those things. <br /> Senator Quick stated he was amazed by how well the community did pull together, he <br /> too stated Governor is man for opening and shutting down. He stated that as far as <br /> property tax issue there really was not a good answer, he stated time will tell and they <br /> will have to see what things look like once things are opened back up. <br /> Senator Friesen stated that budgets for next year may be hit harder than current. He <br /> mentioned it is hard to know right now. He mentioned how many revenues will be down <br /> this year.
