4. Said propane and fertilizer shall be stored, placed, and maintained in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Nebraska State Fire Marshall, Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy(formerly known as Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality), and with all Federal, State, local laws, rules, and regulations concerning such storage. 5. Nothing in this resolution shall be construed as a grant of right,authority or privilege to permit or allow any use of land, equipment, materials or methods which violate any State or Federal law or any rule or regulation of any State or Federal Administrative Agency. 6. The acceptance by Applicant of any benefit or right pursuant to this resolution shall constitute Applicant=s agreement to be bound by the terms, conditions and restrictions of this resolution. 7. The rights, privileges and obligations granted by this resolution shall not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of the County of Hall, Nebraska. 8. The term of this conditional use permit shall be for a period of ten (10) years commencing November 26, 2019, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions herein set forth.
