12A) 11:50 a.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL Quandt made a motion <br /> and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive. <br /> 2:10 p.m. Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to go out of executive session there <br /> were no other subjects discussed, no votes were taken and no action was taken. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson all voted yes, and none voted no. Richardson was <br /> absent Motion carried. <br /> 12B) EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL Bredthauer made a motion to relieve <br /> Dave Krolikowski of his job duties with the Hall County Roads Dept. Hartman seconded the <br /> motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson all voted yes, and none voted <br /> no. Richardson was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 12B) Bredthauer made a motion to put Steve Riehle on a probationary period and in two weeks <br /> give him a schedule of what the County Board expects of him on an improvement plan. <br /> Quandt seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Richard was absent. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION — Lancaster called or public participation and no one responded. <br /> Hartman left the meeting <br /> 8. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TRANSFER OF TITLE & DUTIES OF KENO <br /> ADMINISTRATOR TO KIM DUGAN- Lancaster stated that Kim Dugan is doing a good job, <br /> Lancaster stated it was her error but that only the title will be moved at this time not all of the <br /> duties, Kim and Stacey Ruzicka will be working closely to see how the duty transfer will be <br /> made. Sarah Carstensen is currently the one that has the title this will make things much more <br /> simple for signing documents if we can transfer the title to Kim Dugan, Ms. Carstensen is in <br /> favor of this transfer. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to transfer the title of Keno Administrator to <br /> Kim Dugan. Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson all voted yes, none <br /> voted no. Richardson was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 9. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING SENIOR CITIZENS <br /> INDUSTRIES/MIDLAND AREA AGENCY ON AGING-Lancaster stated that there was <br /> discussion on dollars moved from last meeting and if that jeopardized our funding. <br /> Sarah Carstensen stated she spoke with Casey Music from Midland Area Agency on Aging, and <br /> she is putting together documentation on choices the Board has made and how that impacts <br /> MAAA and how they can move forward and what the pros and cons of guiding money directly <br /> through Senior Citizens verses MAAA would be. Carstensen stated she thinks it would be <br /> beneficial for the Board to meet back in 2 weeks regarding this and hear from the two agencies. <br /> Lancaster stated she believes it is important to hear from them, and never meant to put a <br /> burden on them, her issue is that there is nothing in writing in the Interlocal agreement that <br /> mentions these dollars, she stated the fact that it became an issue about it being Federal match <br /> was unknown to them, she wants to insure that the bi-laws that were changed under Casey' s <br /> direction do not address this, Lancaster continued to quote paragraphs from the Interlocal <br /> agreement. She would like to know how do we compare to other counties, What can they show <br /> 7 <br />
