The purchase of the workstations added together would be $234,466.36 that is the total of the 2 quotes. $99,466.36 is the amount the $135, 00.00 that could be used. Noted the items that changed in his budget estimate some dollar that were decreased and he will discuss this at budget time. His total budget difference increase would about $55,000.00 if the board the additional I pc tech that was requested that would increase by $77,000.00 have had a decrease and still will be able to purchase the work stations. He noted the cost of the invoices. Lancaster stated that this is easy to follow and it is amazing the additional personnel are critical every person and every employee is affected by IT. There was a big concern on the workstations appreciate all that he has done. Doug and Brandon stated that these workstations are critical. Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen stated State Statute 23-109 stated competitive bidding is not required if it is through the material division of the Department of Administrative Services. Or with another cooperative purchasing agreement from another government agency. You will not find another manufacturer that could beat this price. 10
