Lancaster noted that there were some windows that had plastic on the inside because of the <br /> drafts they spent a lot of money on the HVAC. It was never the intent to tear the building down <br /> but to add on they have to look at the affordability and move forward to keep the Courthouse. <br /> Hartman stated we cannot do it ourselves. <br /> The vote on the motion was taken.
