RESOLUTION#19- IJ C 5 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO RENEW A PERMIT FOR <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE OF PART OF <br /> THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION THIRTY (30), <br /> TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br /> WEST OF THE 6TH PRIME MERIDIAN,HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS,Mid-Nebraska Aggregates, Inc. has made application to renew a conditional use <br /> permit, which permit was previously granted pursuant to Resolution #04-0027 of the Hall County <br /> Board of Supervisors, for the conditional use of the following real estate for a sand and gravel <br /> pumping operation, all upon the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 30,Township 10 North,Range 10 West of the 6th RM., <br /> Hall County,Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line <br /> of said Section 30, said point being 12.1 Feet South of the Southeast corner of the North Half of the <br /> North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence Southerly along the East line of said Section 30, a <br /> distance of 800.7 Feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Highway I-80; thence Southwesterly <br /> along said right-of-way line, a distance of 2,784.74 Feet to the West line of said Southeast Quarter; <br /> thence Northerly along the West line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,732.26 Feet to a point <br /> 12.1 Feet South of the Southwest corner of said North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter; <br /> thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said North Half of the North Half of the Southeast <br /> Quarter, a distance of 2,624.02 Feet to the place of beginning and containing 76.165 acres, more or <br /> less; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing regarding said application was held on the 28th day of May, <br /> 2019,after due and proper notice of same being afforded the public; and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-described real estate is located within the AG-1 Zoning District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is empowered under the Hall County <br /> Zoning Resolution to grant a permit for the conditional use of the real estate for a sand and gravel <br /> pumping operation within the AG-1 Zoning District. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for the renewal of the <br /> conditional use permit for the conditional use of the above-described real estate for the above-stated <br /> uses should be and hereby is approved for an additional period of five (5) years from and after June <br /> 11, 2019, subject to the terms and conditions as provided in the original Resolution#04-0027 not in <br /> conflict herewith. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor (;i5k..PL4 <br /> Seconded by Supervisor ��� l� 414 vsse\aArN . <br />
