Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. The following bids were received. DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE METHOD OF APPOINTING BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD TO OUTSIDE ENTITIES — Lancaster ask how the board members wanted to proceed if they wanted the applicants to come to the board or to have the agencies come with a recommendation with a short review of the applicants. All of the agencies are doing it the same way by coming with a recommendation. Richardson stated it is the agencies job to do the interview they would know what is needed. Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded to have the agencies come to the County Board with a recommendation. Hartman commented that it would be the good old boy thing he would like them to come to the board and make the decision. Richardson stated she understands what Dick is saying but it would be an inefficient time management issue for the county board. 5
