Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Hartman questioned if <br /> it could be sublet and Sarah stated it could not that is in the lease agreement. DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE METHOD OF APPOINTING BY THE <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD TO OUTSIDE ENTITIES — Lancaster ask how the board members <br /> wanted to proceed if they wanted the applicants to come to the board or to have the agencies <br /> come with a recommendation with a short review of the applicants. All of the agencies are <br /> doing it the same way by coming with a recommendation. <br /> Richardson stated it is the agencies job to do the interview they would know what is needed. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded to have the agencies come to the County <br /> Board with a recommendation. <br /> Hartman commented that it would be the good old boy thing he would like them to come to the <br /> board and make the decision. <br /> Richardson stated she understands what Dick is saying but it would be an inefficient time <br /> management issue for the county board. <br /> 5 <br />
