If the terms are changed it would change the bid that would put the county at <br /> risk. <br /> Richardson could we change the terms Sarah stated that may not be possible it would change <br /> the bid. Because of the court schedule it could be done during the day so it would cost less. <br /> This would be a short time frame and they may not be able to get the product here. <br /> Quandt stated we rejected the bid and postponed it until after the first of the year that project <br /> was more than double may not be able to afford it. <br /> Peterson ask if it was a timing issue because of scheduling at the Courthouse.
