Resolution #19- O1-1-C <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SENIOR CITIZENS INDUSTRIES FOR THE OPERATION <br /> OF HALL COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORATION <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, through subcontract agreements with Senior <br /> Citizens Industries, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, has provided transportation services <br /> within Hall County, Nebraska, under and pursuant to agreements between the County of Hall, <br /> Nebraska and the State of Nebraska Department of Roads, as authorized by the Nebraska <br /> Public Transportation Act., NEBR. REV. STAT. Sec. 13-1201 through 13-1212, and the <br /> Federal Transit Act: and <br /> WHEREAS, the continuation of transportation services by the County of Hall, Nebraska <br /> through a subcontract agreement with Senior Citizens Industries would be beneficial to the <br /> inhabitants of the County of Hall, Nebraska. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the <br /> proposed Agreement between the County of Hall, Nebraska and the Senior Citizens <br /> Industries, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby <br /> approved and the Chairman of the Hall County Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to <br /> execute the same on behalf of the County of Hall, Nebraska. <br /> Resolution moved by Superviosrs cot d-ar vvkn.v. <br /> Seconded by Supervisors ex.(,.{.
