regarding the use of the tower and antennas. <br /> 4. Tower Use. Said tower shall be used for communication purposes only. <br /> 5. Tower Construction Standards. Said towers, telecommunications facilities and <br /> antennas shall conform to all construction standards set forth in the County Zoning <br /> Resolution, federal and state law, and applicable American National Standards <br /> Institute (ANSI) standards. Upon completion of construction of a tower and prior to <br /> the commencement of use, an engineer's certification that the tower is structurally <br /> sound and in conformance with all of the aforementioned applicable regulatory <br /> standards shall be filed with the Zoning Department. <br /> 6. Colocation of Antennas. The tower shall be designed and constructed so as to permit <br /> colocation of additional antennas as described in Paragraph 7 below. <br /> 7. Colocation of Emergency Service Antennas. The tower owner shall permit <br /> colocation of Hall County emergency service antennas as provided in the County <br /> Zoning Resolution. <br /> 8. Setback. The tower shall meet applicable setbacks as provided in the County Zoning <br /> Resolution. <br /> 9. Lighting. The tower shall not be artificially lighted unless required by the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration. <br /> 10. Security. The tower shall be enclosed within a security fence or other structure <br /> designed to preclude unauthorized access or shall be designed and constructed in a <br /> manner which will preclude to the extent practical, unauthorized climbing of said <br /> structure. <br /> 11. Signs. No signs shall be allowed on any antenna or tower. <br /> 12. Inspection. The County reserves the right to conduct an inspection of towers, antenna <br /> support structures, telecommunications facilities and antennas upon reasonable notice <br /> to the tower owner or operator to determine compliance with this Resolution and to <br /> prevent structural and equipment failures and accidents which may cause damage, <br /> injuries or nuisances to the public. Inspections may be made to determine compliance <br /> with the construction standards set forth in the County Zoning Resolution, federal and <br /> state law or applicable ANSI standards. <br /> 13. Abandonment. If the tower shall cease to be used for a period of three hundred sixty- <br /> five (365) consecutive days, Hall County shall notify the tower owner that the site will <br />
