Chad Nabity is working on the update on the Prairie Creek Subdivision. This is concerning the <br /> driveway and net fill. <br /> The box culvert on 90th has been sized and there is some discussion that a company may pave <br /> this road and if so they will have to look at the size of the box culvert, the road design and then <br /> and also the hydraulics. <br /> Bridge on Skypark road hydrology has been reviewed and will finalize the Hydrology and work <br /> on the final design work next week. Then they will schedule to go out for bids <br /> Bredthauer questioned if the Prairie Creek issue is the same drive way that they had discussed <br /> before. Steve stated that Chad Nabity will be bringing an amendment to the Prairie Meadows <br /> subdivision agreement. They are asking to move a driveway. This will be on the March 5, 2019 <br /> meeting agenda. <br /> The box culvert at 70th and airport there is the potential that a company that might move to Hall <br /> County and they would pay to pave that road. <br /> Update on the tire grant - Mr. Riehle stated that the tire grant was submitted and there will be <br /> another grant request available in July and he will put it on the agenda to apply for this grant <br /> again. He will put it on again. <br /> 11. FACILITIES A) OPEN INFORMAL BIDS FOR BIDS FOR CARPET REMOVAL & <br /> REPLACEMENT - Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to open the bids for the <br /> carpet removal and replacement. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt <br /> and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> The following bids were received. <br /> BIDDER TOTAL BID <br /> Floor to Ceiling, carpet adhesive & installation $7,809.57 <br /> Steffens Flooring tear out & disposal,remove glue and installation $4,995.00 <br /> Peter Wood, carpet & adhesive $4,302.24 <br /> Peter Wood tear out, floor prep installation $2,422.00 <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to refer the bids to Building & Grounds and <br /> come back with a recommendation. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt <br /> and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON DECLARING OLD JAIL LOCKERS AS SURPLUS <br /> ITEMS FOR DISPOSAL— Mr. Humphrey stated that these are old locker in the old jail and other <br /> departments have looked at them and taken some now the rest need to be disposed of. <br /> Hurst made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to declare the old lockers as surplus property <br /> for disposal. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt and Richardson all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9 <br />
