J.I.L came to the board and assured us that
they could do the work and would get it done.
Mr. Riehle stated he has spent a lot of time working with them and expressed concern that they
may have to have an executive session to discuss the options.
Lancaster expressed concern that there is a contract and they agreed on a finished product.
She also expressed concern that the budget is built on how many projects can be finished and
need to keep track on the budget issues. He is recommending approving this.
Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve change order#2 for the driveway to
the early voting drop off box. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt Richardson and
Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried
5D) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON CHANGE ORDER#3 ON ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING PARKING LOT PROJECT TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE SIDEWALK EAST
OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING & ELIMINATE THE DROP OFF TO THE PRIVATE
ENTRANCE - Mr. Riehle stated that there is a step up to the private entrance to Bonnie's office
and they are considering to eliminate that step and they could also address the roof drain
problem. They could take the pipe to the south into the street to get the water away from the
parking lot or take it to the curb and gutter. They would replace some of the sidewalk and put in
a six inch pipe to carry the water away. The cost would be about $4,200.00.
Quandt made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve change order#3 and replace the
side walk and divert the roof drain to the gutter and street.
