Some of the meals on wheels
were shut off. We need to stop and think what we are doing and not use this gag order.
Lanfear expressed concern on this fighting and this just continues to make things worse.
Lancaster stated the bottom line is if your concern is with the agency or with Hall County. It is
where your heart lies. There needs to be open and honest government and we should be able
to express our beliefs. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING HHS — Richardson stated that they held
the conference call on Monday and informed DHHS that the bathrooms meet city code and it
meets the ADA requirements. The committee suggested leaving the bathrooms the same they
are ADA compliant and meet the city code. This will be as much of a commitment that we will get. It is our intension to make it
assessable to the public.
Discussion was held on the proposed ramp and Mr. Riehle stated that they have talked about
the ramp but there we no mention about stairs to the front door.
