DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON PLANS AND BIDS FOR ADMINISTRATION
PARKING LOT - Quandt ask representatives from drivers testing to come to the board meeting.
Discussion was held on the proposed buffer for the drivers testing area. Janie Johanas and her
assistant has a copy of the layout of the proposed plan that is 75X30 feet and there is some
buffer for the turn around the length is long enough but a concern on the turn around could go
outside of the area and one concern if there are parking spots or if cars parked in the area.
There is no problem on the turn around. Ask for questions.
Arnold there is 60 feet and an island no obstacles on the island so there should be enough
buffer and he ask if the curb would be an issue and it should not be. Janie said one of the
problems is people coming in and out but this will help being on the west side. It takes about 10
minutes for each test and they do testing all five days and they make appointments they start at
8:00 and stop at 8:30 a.m. so they do 2 or 3.
4
