Mr. <br /> Humphrey stated that the committee reviewed the bids and they are recommending Mid- <br /> Continental Restoration Co., Inc. for the base bid for the steps in the amount of$55,453.00 and <br /> the alternate bid for cleaning the entire building in the amount of$43,186.00. The total bid <br /> would be $98,639.00. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Arnold seconded to award the bid to Mid-Continental Restoration <br /> Co. for$98,639.00 and authorize the chair to sign the contract. <br /> Schuppan questioned when this would be completed and Mr. Humphrey stated that it is 1 year <br /> out and would be completed during the summer.
