The inspections are done and they <br /> received the certificate of occupancy and picked up all the keys. Richardson stated that ICMS <br /> had nothing but great things to say about Mr. Humphrey and would look forward to working with <br /> him in the future. <br /> 11i) APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL <br /> COMPLETION FOR CHILD SUPPORT OFFICES IN FEDERAL BUILDING - Lanfear made a <br /> motion and Bredthauer seconded to authorize the chair to sign the certificate of substantial <br /> completion. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> TAX CREDITS - Mr. Humphrey stated he is working on project number 2 for the tax credits. <br /> This will include the exterior steps, interior steps and the windows it will be about $500,000.00 <br /> and is one of the largest projects. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the e mails Mr. Humphrey stated that he sends all of the e mails <br /> to the board and the newspaper. Mr. Zitterkopf stated you can send information but there <br /> should not be a response. Mr. Humphrey stated he thought he was to send it to the new media <br /> and it was clarified that he did not. <br /> Lancaster noted that you cannot take a poll on information that is sent. <br /> 22. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING UNION NEGOTIATIONS AND POSSIBLE <br /> LITIGATION- Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session <br /> There are two reasons for an executive session to protect the public interest and to prevent <br /> needles harm to an individual. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 10:45 a.m. executive session <br /> 10:56 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. No <br /> other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was taken. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON SETTING A REPORTING PERIOD FOR THE <br /> HUMANE SOCIETY— Lanfear stated that the new agreement asks that the Humane <br /> Society is to file a report with the County but it does not specify a specific time.
