It looks very favorable. <br /> 18 FACILITIES AGENDA- Richardson <br /> a) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE COURTHOUSE WINDOWS <br /> Richardson stated that there has been discussion on the Courthouse windows and what type <br /> should be used. She contacted Doug and ask him to photo shop the window type from the <br /> Federal Building and how they would fit into the Courthouse. Mr. Humphrey showed pictures to <br /> the board members. The committee wants to make some sort of decision on the type of <br /> windows to use. <br /> Schuppan asked what the committee recommends stated that this has been discussed for two <br /> years. <br /> Mr. Humphrey showed pictures of the Courthouse with the window type from the Federal <br /> Building. He also showed pictures of various windows in the Courthouse showing the poor <br /> conditions. He played a recording of the sound of the wind blowing through the windows in the <br /> District Judges area. <br /> Bredthauer expressed concern on the type of window that would be historically correct and <br /> suggested looking at other options. <br /> Schuppan noted that they would have to think about the loss of the tax credits if they went with <br /> something else but Steve and Doug agreed it may not be worth going after. <br /> 3 <br />
