<br />9:< p..-39!> J <br />WHEREAS, there are c...............:.~tly 11 miles of township roads and <br /> <br />38.75 miles of township trails located in the County which are not <br /> <br />maintained by the County of Hall; and <br />WHEREAS, Nebraska Revised Statutes section 39-2001 and 2002 <br /> <br />permit the county board of each county to select and designate, <br />from the laid out and platted public roads within the countv. <br /> <br />certain roads to be known as primary and second~ry county roads; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, roads designated as primary county roads and <br /> <br />secondary'county roads are required to be maintained ~~ ~no ov~~-~~ <br /> <br />~..... ~he County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the designation of all county and township roads and <br />trails in the county as primary and secondary county roads would <br /> <br />result in a fair system for the maintenance of said roads and would <br /> <br />ensure that township reads are properly maintained in townships <br /> <br />where there are no functioning townshi!" governments. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT REVOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />1. That a copy of this resolution and the attached map be <br /> <br />deposited with the county clerk and ODen to public inspection. <br /> <br />4.
