Janulewicz presented <br />resolution and explained the resolution and reason for Public Hearing. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to adopt resolution #1448 as <br />presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, <br />Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no.
