<br />Discussion followed. County Assessor stated "I have an appointment set up
<br />with a representative from the Department of Revenue, who is going to be here
<br />December 2nd, to go thru the bids with me and who ever else is involved, to
<br />determine if we're catching all the little items in each one of them."
<br />
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept the bids and submit them to
<br />County Assessor and authorized personnel to review these bids and come in
<br />with a recommendation. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Returned to the discussion on the propane furnaces. Larry Bombeck, Platte
<br />Valley Propane spoke in regard to the changes in Hall County building code.
<br />Representative of Ferrell Gas was also present. Keith Fickenscher, Hickman,
<br />Nebraska, Exective Director,'Propane Gas Association of N~braska was present.
<br />He spoke in regard to the codes and presented copies of the survey of propane
<br />gas installations.
<br />Board members requested Public Works Committee to meet with Public
<br />Works Director and Deputy County Attorney to look at the codes. Will set
<br />meeting next week sometime.
<br />
<br />Received request from Aurora Coop Elevator Co for conditional use permit to
<br />operate farm supply and fertilizer business in tract of land in Part of NEl/4
<br />NEl/4 Section 36, township 11, range 12, Hall County.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to set Public Hearing for Tuesday,
<br />December 22, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hart-
<br />man, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />Received agreement from State Department of Roads in regard to Project No.
<br />STP-2080(1) Wood River Southwest (Hall County) formerly Project No. RS-2080(1)
<br />stating not enough RS Doney to cover this project, therefore changi,ng to S~P
<br />money, which is 80 percent federal and 20 percent county.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to authorize chairman to sign the
<br />agreementwithState of Nebraska Department of Roads and return to State for
<br />slgnature. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Points Bank for exchange of collateral as presented. On roll call vote
