<br />Discussion on claims held from last week's claim audit.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to approve payment of Hall County
<br />Sheriff's Department fees account claim $1930.58 and Hall County Sheriff's
<br />Department fees account $36.44 and pay from miscellaneous-miscellaneous
<br />general budget. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, and Wright voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director and Surveyor explained the claim held
<br />from Davis Surveying $3203.50 for surveying quarter corner between section
<br />5 & 6 Township 9 north, range 9 west, Hall County.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to deny payment of claim to Davis
<br />Surveying for $3203.50 On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, and Wright voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman abstaining. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />Jan Pelland, County Assessor presented tax correction notices #3166 thru #3325
<br />for approval.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to approve and authorize chairman
<br />to initial tax correction notices #3166 thru #3325 as presented. On roll
<br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, and Wright voted yes,
<br />Landis voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy,
