Discussion was held regarding adding this to the agenda on Friday but that <br /> is not possible. <br /> Quandt suggested to recess the meeting until Wednesday morning. Mr. Zitterkopf stated that <br /> the salary also needs to be addressed. Lanfear agreed to recess the meeting. <br /> Lancaster noted that the salary could be negotiated it is a short term position so it is important to <br /> pay a reasonable wage. <br /> Arnold suggested coming back later today and Mr. Zitterkopf suggested recessing the meeting <br /> and coming back tomorrow morning. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to recess the meeting and reconvene on <br /> Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. FACILITIES — DISCUSS AND APPROVE CHANGE ORDER ON HVAC PROJECT <br /> Mr. Humphrey was present a copy of the change order was included in the packets. He <br /> explained that this is a restroom door on the main floor that has a damaged frame and the <br /> contractor felt he would cause further damage to make the changes and it would not look very <br /> good so they are looking at a new frame that will match and asking approval of the $4,605.00 <br /> change order. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Purdy seconded to approve the change order. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan al voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 24 A)PROJECT UPDATES — Mr. Humphry stated that the demolition for the renovations of the <br /> County Office Building are done and the restroom renovations have been delayed because of <br /> the ordering of the petitions and there have been some small changes of the office lay outs. <br /> He showed pictures of the Courthouse renovations, the tunnel and the pipes will have a <br /> separate wall to hide them. It is all working well. He showed the hole in the roof of the <br /> Courthouse where they will be bringing in the heating and cooling units and showed other <br /> pictures work. He talked to Judge Young and he stated there were no disturbances from the <br /> noise. The extension office has offered their conference room for jury selection if needed. Jon <br /> Jackson will be here every Monday and they will have a progress meeting the first Thursday of <br /> e very month at 10:00 in the committee meeting room. There has been concern on the <br /> computers but Mr. Drudik will cover that but it may affect the state computer system more. <br /> 6 <br />
