"Visitors Parking" shall mean parking areas I restricted to and exclusively for use,by the,genera public while such persons are condu:t1ng bus1n7s~ , activities or utilizing public serV1ces or f~c717t1es within the Safety Center or other county fac111t1es. 6. "Handicapped Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for use by vehicles being used to transport handicapped or disabled persons or _" temporarily handicapped or disabled persons at and for such times as necessary to enable said persons to access public services or county facilities; 7. "Court Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for parking for the judges of the County and District Courts of Hall County, the clerk-magistrate and the district court clerk, and such other vehicles as authorized by the County Board of Hall County. II. City-County Safety Center Parking. At all times, parking in the City-County lot is hereby restricted to the use of police parking, police patrol car parking, sheriff's parking, sheriff's patrol car parking, handicapped parking, court parking and visitors parking in such respective areas as are designated in the parking layout plan which is attached hereto, marked 'exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as though fully set forth. Vehicles parked in visitors parking areas shall be limited to not more than 60 consecutive minutes of parking per visit. Vehicles shall be parked in the appropriate restricted parking areas and within the designated parking stalls. Vehicles parked outside of designated parking stalls, improperly parked in a restricted area, or left beyond the 60-minute maximum period shall be subject to being towed, at the request of the Hall County Sheriff on behalf of the County of , Hall, and any towing cost or storage cost shall be a lien upon such vehicles and a liability of the owner as provided for in Neb. Rev. Stat. S60-2401 through 60-2411. The owner and/or operator of any vehicle parked in violation of this resolution shall be subject to prosecution as provided by Neb. Rev. Stat. S60-2401.01. III. Courthouse Parking. At all times, parking in the Courthouse Parking lot is hereby restricted to the use of handicapped and court parking as is designated in the parking lot layout plan marked exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though' fully set forth. Vehicles shall be parked in the appropriate restricted parking areas and within designated parking stalls. Vehicles parked outside of the designated parking stall or improperly parked in a restricted area shall be subject to being towed, at the request of the Hall County Sheriff on behalf of the County of Hall, and any towing cost or storage cost shall be a lien upon such vehicle and a liability of the owner as provided for in Neb. Rev. Stat. S60-2401 through 6072411t The owner and/or operator of any vehicle parked in v1olat1on of this resolution shall be subject to prosecution as provided by Neb. Rev. Stat. S60-2401.01. IV. Signs. The Hall County Building and Grounds Department Supervisor is hereby directed to post the parking lots as set forth herein, with the aforesaid restricted parking areas posted according to use restrictions. Additionally at all entrances to the parking lots and at such.other ' l~cations as deemed ap~ropriate,by the aforesaid 'Supervisor, s1gns shall be placed 1n a read1ly visible location and shall state that parking in the lots is restricted to the uses as designated by parkinq area signs, that such parking is restricted at all times and that the Hall County Sheriff should be contacted for information regarding a towed . vehicle.
