Hall County Clerk <br /> <br />The following Committee report was presented and read: <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />J. ostler <br />Works Director <br /> <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept Committee report and set date <br />of October 13, 1992 at 10:00 a.m. to accept sealed bids for Project C40 (241) <br />precast box culverts. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Agreement and resolution was presented and read in regard to snow removal at <br />Kuester's Lake Inc. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to approve agreement and adopt <br />Resolution #1429 as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />. . RESOLUTION # /~,;< 9 <br /> <br />UHEREAS. a substantial number of Hall County residents reside in the <br />Kuester's Lake area and have as their only means of ingress and egress a private <br />road which would not otherwise be cleared of snow by public means; and <br />~JHEREAS. it is wi th i n the interest of the County of Ha 11 to make <br />suitable arrangements by way of co-operating in the clearing of such road <br />inasmuch as the County has available to it suitable machinery for the purpose. <br />and · <br />
