<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to open bids received. On roll
<br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted
<br />yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Public Works Committee 'recommends accepting the lqw bid of L. J. Webb for
<br />three concrete culverts.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Hartman to accept committee recommenda-
<br />tion and accept the low bid of L. J. Webb $130,240.54 On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Resolution was presented in regard to County Project No. C40(237) State
<br />Bridge construction.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1405
<br />as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Wriqht and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Ha1~ State of Nebrask~ requests credit for 80% of the
<br />eligible construction cost of County Project No. C40(237) State Bridge-;;~-'-

<br />be applied as credit for the Non-Federal
<br />
<br />Share of future HBRRP Projects, in accordance with the provisions of Section
<br />123(e) of the 1987 Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act
<br />Off-System Bridge Program.
<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully completed
<br />construction of Project No.--C40(237) State Bridge No. C00400l2l0
<br />to meet all conditions neccessary to qualify for the credit mentioned above, subject
<br />to the penalties of US Code, Title 18, Section 1020.
<br />NOU, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction
<br />cost of Project No. C40(237) State Bridge No. C00400l2l0
<br />and be applied as credit for Non-Federal share of future HBRRP Projects.
