<br />9~F- ~37 <br /> <br />~A//A<<~ <br />;:9,--,,~ ~! <br /> <br />If <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Elly Carrico, Clerk of District Court, spoke in regard to 1992-1993 budget <br />and computer project for her office. the AS/400 computer project will be <br />a 2 to 3 year pilot project so will not need the $20,000.00 computer user- <br />fees requested in Miscellaneous general budget but requested she be granted <br />the additional $20,000.00 for additional full time or part time help in her <br />office to input the information into the new system. Board members requested <br />estimated hours and cost before they proceed with budget request. <br /> <br />11:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING - to consider conditional use permit to permit a <br />sand and gravel pit at Lot 1 Island SEl/4 NEl/4 Section 24, township 10 north <br />range 11 west, Hall County. <br />Mr & Mrs Emil Schaaf were present. He explained the location and reason <br />for his request. He requested a five year conditional use permit. <br />No one present spoke opposing the conditional use permit. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to close the public hearing. On roll <br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted <br />yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to request County Attorney's office <br />to prepare the conditional use permit. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and La~dis voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Discussion setting Public Hearing for 1992-1993 Hall County Budget. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to set the Public Hearing for <br />August 11, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer of report on delin- <br />quent real estate taxes and special assessments for 2 or more years. She <br />requested resolution for 2 year tax sale. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to Adopt Resolution #1406 as pre- <br />sented for 2 year tax sale. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no.
