Elly Carrico, Clerk of District Court, spoke in regard to 1992-1993 budget and computer project for her office. the AS/400 computer project will be a 2 to 3 year pilot project so will not need the $20,000.00 computer user- fees requested in Miscellaneous general budget but requested she be granted the additional $20,000.00 for additional full time or part time help in her office to input the information into the new system. Board members requested estimated hours and cost before they proceed with budget request. 11:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING - to consider conditional use permit to permit a sand and gravel pit at Lot 1 Island SEl/4 NEl/4 Section 24, township 10 north range 11 west, Hall County. Mr & Mrs Emil Schaaf were present. He explained the location and reason for his request. He requested a five year conditional use permit. No one present spoke opposing the conditional use permit. Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to close the public hearing. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to request County Attorney's office to prepare the conditional use permit. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and La~dis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. Discussion setting Public Hearing for 1992-1993 Hall County Budget. Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to set the Public Hearing for August 11, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. Letter was read from Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer of report on delin- quent real estate taxes and special assessments for 2 or more years. She requested resolution for 2 year tax sale. Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to Adopt Resolution #1406 as pre- sented for 2 year tax sale. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. RES 0 L UTI 0 N;;i /11 tJ f, BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Board of Supervisors of HALL County, Nebraska, in regular session with a quorun pres6?t: The County Treasurer of said county is hereby directed to purchase any real estate or special assessrcents advertised and offered for sale at public tax sale for the year 1989 when the sane remains unsold for want of bidders, upon which there are two (2) or rrore years of delinquent taxes or special assessments, and to purchase all subsequent taxes or special assessments thereon as the same may becare delinquent; the tax sale certifciate thereon and subsequent taxes and special assessments to be taken in the name of said county and to be for the use and benefit of all governmental subdivisions entitled to participate therein.
