Motion made by <br />Quandt, seconded by Hartman to deny the request. On roll call <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, Abernethy ~_Landis <br />voted no. Motion carried. ~ <br /> <br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to set public hearing <br />date for changing land use from TA to planned unit development <br />West of Hilltop Road and South of Cedarview Road for July 28, 1992 <br />at 11:30 A.M. On roll call Abernethy, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and <br />Landis voted yes. Hartman out of the room. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Jerry Janulewicz report that his review of contract proposed by the <br />National Bank of Commerce and the Overland National Bank concerning <br />the direct deposit for county employees pay check was complete and <br />he could see no reason for not approving it. Quandt made motion, <br />seconded by Abernethy to authorize the chairman to sign said contract. <br />On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis <br />voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />The following officiers reports for June 1992 were read and submitted: <br />Hall County Court - <br />Fines 45899.42 <br />Overload fines 2700.00 <br />Sheriff fees 999.02 <br /> <br />Hall County Clerk of District Court <br />office fees 3185.80 <br /> <br />Hall County Clerk <br />Filing fees 1241.50 <br />UCC filing fees 257.00 <br />Title fee-state 5249.00 <br />Title fee-co. 7467.00 <br />Photocopies 35.00 <br />Marriage license 550.00 <br /> <br />Veterans Service - quarterly report for April, May & June <br />Phone calls 2631 <br />Interviews 1457 <br />Letters written 1551 <br />Applications <br />completed 1158 <br />Powers of Atty 19 <br />Applications paid 41 <br />amount paid 4794.96 <br /> <br />Motion made by Leslie, seconded by Abernethy to accept and place on <br />file the above reports. On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />County Treasurer's receipts were received and placed on file by <br />the motion of Abernethy, seconded by Quandt. On roll call Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> <br />(1) City of Grand Island, Mayor Dobesh in regarding waiver of <br />fees for county owned vehicles in delivering debris and <br />rubbish to the city transfer station. <br /> <br />(2) Oregon-California Trails Association seeking permission <br />to place trail markers on the right-of-way of county roads. <br />Quandt made a motion to consult the County Attorney in this <br />matter. The motion died for a lack of a second. <br />Motion was made by Abernethy to approve the Oregon-Calif. <br />Trails Association their request, Leslie seconded the motion. <br />On roll call Abernethy, Leslie, Wright and Landis voted yes, <br />Quandt voted no and Hartman was out of the room. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />(3) Robert E Ley - letter and resume for appointment as a <br />member of the Hall County Cirport Authority. <br />
