On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Hartman - budget report for Mid Nebraska Retardation <br />Abernethy - United Way meeting to establish family assistance center. <br />Leslie - no report <br />Quandt - Midland Area on Aging <br />Wright - Weed meeting in new building <br /> <br />Quandt made motion, Hartman seconded motion to accept the deed from <br />Gary Land Nancy K Brucks for project RS2080(1). On roll call <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, <br />none voted no. <br /> <br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Hartman ~QEPprQye: and sign <br />resolution,#1~02 to obtain property for highway improvements with <br />Nancy K and~~~ry: L Brucks. On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Wright-and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Recessed at 12:20 until 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />2:00 P.M. assembled to meet with all members present except Frauen. <br /> <br />Chairman Landis read a letter from Jack Mills, informing the board <br />of a hearing in Lincoln on Tuesday, July 21st on Hall County property <br />valuations. Leslie made motion, second by Hartman to have Chairman <br />Landis and Deputy County Attorney Janulewicz to represent Hall County <br />at this hearing. On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Ron Bowmaster with the state and A/S 400 was present to update the <br />board on the program including costs items & future plans to combine <br />the equipment in the courthouse and adminstration building. <br /> <br />2:55 P.M.
