On roll call <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, <br />none voted no. <br /> <br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Hartman ~QEPprQye: and sign <br />resolution,#1~02 to obtain property for highway improvements with <br />Nancy K and~~~ry: L Brucks. Leslie made motion, second by Hartman to have Chairman <br />Landis and Deputy County Attorney Janulewicz to represent Hall County <br />at this hearing. On roll call Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Ron Bowmaster with the state and A/S 400 was present to update the <br />board on the program including costs items & future plans to combine <br />the equipment in the courthouse and adminstration building. <br /> <br />2:55 P.M.
