<br />9;? r-- e:( /.r <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />That Sub-Section 3 of the Fe bruary 1, 1974, Resolution be amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />3. Except as otherwise provided by Section 4, any person applying for a <br />permit under the provisions of this Chapter shall pay annually a permit <br />fee as follows: <br /> <br />a. All establishments having a seating capacity of 25 or less a fee of_ <br />$65.00; <br /> <br />b. All establishments having a seating capacity in excess of 25, a base <br />fee of $65.00 for the first 25 units of seating and $0.60 per year <br />for each unit of seating capacity in excess of 25; <br /> <br />c. Every person securing an operator's permit for vending machines, <br />except vending machines for dispensing candy bars, gum, and <br />bottled soft drinks, shall pay a base fee of $25.00 plus an <br />additional fee of $5.00 for each ten (10) vending machines or <br />major fraction thereof, in excess of the first ten (10). <br /> <br />Any person who continues to operate a food service establishment or food <br />service vending machine licensed under this section after June 1 of any year <br />without securing a new license shall pay a delinquency fee of $85.00 in <br />addition to the fees required under sections (a), (b), and (c) above. <br /> <br />That Sub-Section 7 of the Hall County Board of Supervisors Resolution <br />enacted February 1, 1974, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Any person whose permit shall be temporarily suspended under the provisions <br />of this Chapter shall pay a reinstatement fee of $25.00 before such permit is <br />reinstated. Reinstatement shall not be effective until such reinstatement fee <br />has been paid. Public Works Director Hostler had brought to his attention that the <br />road going into Camp Augustine located in Roeser Subdivision was not named when <br />all other County roads were named. Have suggested the name of Camp Augustine <br />Road and have County Attorney draw up a resolution. <br /> <br />Agreementfo~ Harrison Township was presented to maintain 1 mile Township road <br />for 1 year commencing June 1, 1992 for $175.00 <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to approve and authorize chair- <br />person to sign agreement. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> <br />(1) Report from Hall County Sheriff on delinquent taxes on distress warrants <br />issued by Hall County Treasurer's Office Oct 1, 1991 thru June 30, 1992. <br /> <br />(2) Hall County Sheriff's fees earned for April, May and June 1992. <br /> <br />(3) Letter from Emil E. Schaaf, applying for conditional use permit for a sand <br />and gravel operation on 70 acre plot located four and one half miles south <br />of AIda. . <br />
