On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright <br />and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #/~/ <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING CERTAIN PRIOR RESOLUTIONS CONCERNING <br />FOOD SERVICE INSPECTION FEES CHARGED BY THE CITY -COUNTY <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT. . . . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has an interest in the public <br />health and welfare of the residents of Hall County; AND <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors therefore has an interest in <br />prohibiting the sale of adulterated or mis-branded food or drink in the County of <br />Hall; AND, <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall and the City of Grand Island, as of August 1, <br />1972, pursuant to Sections 71-1626 through 71-1636 of the Revised Statutes of <br /> <br />Nebraska, entered into an agreement creating a joint City-County Health <br /> <br />Department; AND, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors sitting in formal session the <br />1st day of February, 1974, adopted the United States Public Health Service Food <br />SerVice Sanitation Qrdinance to insure the uniform regulation prohibiting the sales <br />of adulterated or mis-branded food in Hall County, Nebraska; AND, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid resolution was amended on April 8, 1975, March 4, <br />. "" <br />1980, and March 25, 1986 \Vith respect to the establishment of base fees, unit seating <br />.. <br /> <br />fees, delinquency fees and reinstatement fees; and <br />WHEREAS, such fees serve to defray the expenses of conducting food service <br /> <br />inspections. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution of February 1, 1974, <br />adopting the United States Public Health Service Food Service Sanitation Ordinance <br />and Code, as amended by the resolutions of April 8, 1975, March 4, 1980, and March <br />25, 1986, be hereby amended as follows: <br />
