10.10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING TO CHANGE THE AG SPECIAL INDUSTRIAL ZONE AT <br /> CAAP RELATIVE TO LOT WIDTH FOR RAILROAD USES — Purdy made a motion and <br /> Richardson seconded to open the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> This proposal was brought forward by Rail Freight Cars regarding the zoning at CAAP regarding <br /> the lot size. It was 80 feet and will now be 100 feet and goes over 2 miles. It is not one piece <br /> and is less than 10 acres. Economic Development has sold off most of the property except <br /> where the rails are because they want to preserve the rail use. The planning commission held a <br /> hearing and they are recommending approving this request. <br /> Chairman Arnold called for questions and public participation and no one responded. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10 A. DISCUSS &APPROVE RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE HALL <br /> COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION SECTION 4.07 AG-SI SPECIAL <br /> AGRICULTURAL/INDUSTRIAL ZONE — Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to <br /> approve the Resolution #15-020 for the amendments. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 7 <br />
