Mr. Schuppan stated that they wanted someone from west Hall County and there are 2 that <br /> applied. Discussion was held on holding interviews. Mr. Arnold Questioned how quickly it has <br /> to be filled and the current member stated he would serve until the appointment is made. Mr. <br /> Schuppan stated he will contact the applications and the board can schedule the interviews in 2 <br /> weeks and he will place it on the agenda for a certain time. <br /> 13. APPROVE BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS AND REGULAR CLAIMS —The board members <br /> received the board preapproval list. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the biweekly pay claims and all of the <br /> regular claims except Office Net. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and <br /> Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the claim for Office Net. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. McFarland <br /> abstained because he has a business relationship with Office Net. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman McFarland excused himself from the meeting and Vice Chairman Lancaster is <br /> presiding over the meeting. <br /> 7. 10:45 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING RENEWAL FOR VIAERO WIRELESS CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT— Purdy made a motion and Ziola second to open the public hearing. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. McFarland <br /> was absent. <br /> Loran Humphrey stated that this is renewal for an existing tower they have inspected the site <br /> and is clean and he stated there is no reason to reject the application. <br /> Chris Riha with Viaero Wireless was present and stated that this is the Wood River site and this <br /> is an application for the renewal of the permit. It is a 195 foot communications tower and it <br /> provides excellent coverage and they have had no complaints. There have been no changes to <br /> the site. <br /> Vice Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Purdy seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. McFarland was absent. <br /> 7A) DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON THE VIAERO WIRELESS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> RENEWAL—This conditional use permit is for 5 years and there is a renewal fee of$500.00. <br /> Mr. Zitterkopf stated that the renewal was due in August and the renewal date will be from <br /> August 18th <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve Resolution #14-061 for the renewal of <br /> the conditional use permit for Colorado Cellular Inc. dba Viaero Wireless for 5 years. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. McFarland <br /> was absent. <br /> 6 <br />
