FACILITIES MEETING <br /> #1 Discussion and possible action for approval for Administration Building parking lot <br /> repairs and seal coating - This was discussed at the last meeting and carried forward to <br /> today. Mr. Humphrey stated he has called Allen Smith regarding the project and he <br /> declined, he called JIL Asphalt and they referred him to Gott lob Asphalt. And he also <br /> contracted Schimmer Construction. He received the following quotes: <br /> Gottlob proposal $8,676.00 <br /> Schimmer proposal $14,487.80 <br /> Discussion was held on if they looked at the lots and Mr. Humphrey stated that he <br /> explained exactly what needed to be done and the application of the seal coat. They <br /> were both given the same information. Lancaster questioned if there was something in <br /> writing and there is. This process should give the parking lot anther 5 years. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Quandt seconded to accept the proposal from Gottlob in <br /> the amount of $8,676.00. The dollars <br /> are in the budget to do the project he would like to get quotes for the replacement of the <br /> units. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Ziola seconded to solicit quotes for the HVAC units for <br /> the county office building.
