f <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> SIGNING OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> FOR NDOR PROJECT STP-HSIP-11-2(117),Wood River North aid South <br /> • <br /> County of Hall,Nebraska <br /> Resolution Number. 114-n <br /> Whereas,the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads desires to make improvements <br /> on a portion of NE Highway 11 under a highway improvement project denoted as project <br /> number STP-HSIP-11-2(117),and <br /> Whereas,the Nebraska Department of Roads will be installing roadway lighting as part <br /> of the project, and <br /> Whereas, the responsibilities of the County of Hall, Nebraska under this agreement <br /> are described in the agreement and are understood by the County of Hall,Nebraska,and <br /> Whereas, the County of Hall, Nebraska concurs to enter into agreement with the <br /> Nebraska Department of Roads for roadway lighting installed as part pf the project,and <br /> Now,Therefore, Be It resolved, by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the Hall <br /> County Board Chair is authorized by the Hall County Board of Supervisors to execute this <br /> agreement with the Nebraska Department of Roads for project number STP-HSIP-11- <br /> 2(117). <br /> Passed and Adopted this I( ,day of N.CC\ ,2014 at Hall County Nebraska. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor <br /> Seconded by Supervisor- _)�� Ti, C41 <br /> Vote: ` / <br /> David Ziola For 4. ;Against ;Abstained ;Not Present <br /> Dan.
