Rev. Stat. <br /> <br />Section 77-1909 in an amount equal to ten percent of the amount due; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the law firm of CUnningham, Blackburn, Francis, Brock and <br /> <br />CUnningham has agreed to represent the County of Hall in the above entitled <br /> <br />actions, the compensation for their services to be set by the District <br /> <br />Court in the amount of ten percent of the amounts due in such actions <br /> <br />pursuant to Neb. Rev. .Stat. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Supervisor Leslie was excused from the meeting at 10:00 A.M. to attend the <br />funeral of District Judge William Riley, as County Board respresentative. <br /> <br />Commenced audit of monthly claims. <br />Balance of morning session was spent reviewing and discussion on claims sub- <br />mitted. <br /> <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to approve payment of claims as submitted <br />and audited, except for claim .from Mid Plains Center for services to jail <br />
