Discussion followed and requested Attorney <br />to reword the resolution and bring back for consideration. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />""\, <br />~ <br /> <br />Final Plat for Francis Harders Subdivision was presented for consideration~ <br />Subdivision is located on east side of Burwick Road approximately 1/2 mile <br />south of Capital Avenue (farm dwelling) <br />Letter was read from Regional Planning Director stating had been approved <br />by Planning Commission by unanimous vote of eleven members present at their <br />March 4, 1992 meeting and recommended the County Board approve the final <br />plat as submitted. <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to approve and authorize Chairman <br />to sign the final plat for Francis Harders Subdivision. On roll call vote <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />Supplement agreement from State of Nebraska Department of Roads was presented <br />for Project No. BRO-7040(17) Wood River Southwest. <br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director explained was change in the eligible <br />funding. It is now Federal 80%, State 10% and County 10%. <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Hartman to approve and authorize the <br />chairman to sign supplement agreement. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to adopt Resolution #1356 as presented. <br />On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Harmtan, Leslie, Quaridt, Wright and Landis <br />voted yes, none voted. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~~~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a railroad crossing within Hall_ County two miles East and <br /> <br />3/4 mile South of Cairo, Nebraska has been identified by the Burlington <br /> <br />Railroad and Department of Roads for the State of Nebraska, as a <br /> <br />crossing in need of protection with flashing lights and automatic <br /> <br />gates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nebraska statutory provisions currently in effect provide <br /> <br />for local funding contribution in the amount of 5~ of the total cost of <br /> <br />said improvements, which would be approximately $6,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said crossing is situated at the crossing of Burwick Road <br />between Sections 20 & 21, T-12-N, R-11-W of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br /> <br />Nebr"aska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it would be suitable, necessary and appropriate that said <br />protective devices be installed as soon as possible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS that said project is hereby approved and early completion <br /> <br />urged; Hall County's payment of 5~ of the actual construction cost, <br /> <br />which is hereby committed for such project. <br />Dated this /O~ day of ~~A../A- <br /> <br />, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />~c~ <br /> <br /> <br />~~,~ <br /> <br />{2&14A~!- <br />
