<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to authorize chairman to sign the

<br />Motion by Wright, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1355 as pre-
<br />sented. On roll call vote Frauen, Hartman, Quandt and Wright voted yes,
<br />Abernethy, Leslie and Landis voted no. Motion carried on 4 yes, 3 no vote.

<br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the County Board of
<br />Supervisors, of the County of Hall, Nebraska, that the
<br />following question, to wit:
<br />
<br />"Should the County of Hall, Nebraska, establish
<br />and conduct a lottery pursuant to the Nebraska County
<br />and City Lottery Act for the purpose of "community
<br />betterment,." as that term is defined by Nebraska
<br />statute, which includes tax relief?"
<br />
<br />be submitted to the registered voters of said governmental
<br />subdivision at the next statewide primary election to be
<br />conducted by the Election Commissioner of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
