Low bids were Potters Industries Inc, for <br />Paint Beads .1677 per 50 lb bags and Centerline Industries Inc for traffic <br />paint, White Type I $170.l44~ Yellow 'type I $175.344 and White Type II <br />$181.064 and Yellow Type II $187.824 all in 55 gallon drums from January 1, <br />1992 through December 31, 1992. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to approve the use of State low <br />bids for traffic paint and paint beads. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Resolution was presented and read in regard to the review of all county <br />industrial areas which are within the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Grand <br />Island to determine which areas should be discontinued as county industrial <br />areas. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1353 as pre- <br />sented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright <br />and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION i /~~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska, was <br />requested by the City of Grand Island to review all county <br />industrial areas which are currently within the zoning <br />jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island to determine which <br />areas should be discontinued as county industrial areasJ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds that such <br />request was timely made and that such a review should be <br />made in March of 1992; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a review of all <br />county industrial areas within the current zoning . <br />jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall be <br />conducted by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, at the County Board Room on March /d)M, 1992, at <br />//300' clock ~.m.; that interested parties shall be <br />permitted to address the board with respect to said review; <br />and that notice of said review be transmitted to the Clerk <br />of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have set their <br />hands and seals this ~ day of Q::21~ ' 1992. <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />
